The Enamellers Association was formed in 1979.
Although based in Sydney it welcomes new members - local, inter-state, overseas.
Its aim is to promote enamelling as a craft, and to create public awareness and understanding of the medium.

The Association meets regularly to discuss techniques and organise workshops and exhibitions. It provides information about available classes in art and craft institutions and recommends independent enamelling instructors.

The Association works in conjunction with enamelling groups from other states to tour overseas tutors who will then give workshops and demonstrations throughout Australia.

It exhibits as a group and as individuals.
Many of its members have their work on sale in galleries throughout Australia and overseas.
